Buffet, China Cabinet, and Banquet Table For Sale

We have a early 1900's two tone buffet/sideboard table that needs some TLC or restoring. Is at least 75 years old. Walnut color cabinet with 4 chairs that extends to insert 3 leafs to create banquet type table. Barrett Cherry China cabinet, at least 37yrs old. Louis Icart "Bubbles"

I recently acquired an Icart "Bubbles" picture. It is 20x25 framed. It is in a beautiful mirrored frame. The back has markings "Academy Arts, Chicago. Division of Intercraft Industries. Style 8175 Pack 1. Does anyone have any idea when this could have been framed? I have searched and cannot find any info on this company. Being from Calif. I am not familiar with the Chicago area. I would so appreciate any info. you can offer. Thank you.

Antique Metal Picture Frame

While restoring old family pictures, I found a certificate behind a large (16x24"), gold plated metal oval picture frame & I am trying to get information about it. The frame manufacturer was "The Western Ornament Mfg. Co" of Chicago, Ill and the date was approximately 1890-1900. Is anyone familiar with this manufacturer?
